  6.  Citadel is freeware, the source and the BBS program are free to anyone.
  7.  Citadel is a full featured BBS program, supports networking, file up/down
  8.  loading, and many things not found in any other BBS program. Citadel is
  9.  available for all major platforms.
  10.  
  11.  This version is a major update.  Bugs were fixed and many new features
  12.  have been added.  In addition, there is a new AmigaGuide formatted
  13.  documentation file in the separate archive ACIT_DOC_Q02.LHA.  It is not
  14.  complete yet.  The regular documentation file D342.LHA(The IBM Citadel
  15.  documentation) is still the primary documentation.

  17.  This version has the QWK Packet support, See the AmigaGuide documentation
  18.  for details.  It also contains several message files needed with this
  19.  version.  As always, you can customize these.
